Smart Choices Program
Smart Choices/Healthy Rewards is a health promotion program designed to bring high quality care to Participants and, at the same time, make care more affordable for everyone. All employees and their spouse and domestic partner are eligible to sign up for the Smart Choices Healthy Rewards program. The program includes a commitment, a pledge that you adopt in order to participate in the program.
When you make the Smart Choices Promise, you commit to take certain actions to learn about and improve your health. When you do, you become eligible to earn Healthy Rewards, including an increased hour bank for Bargained Employees and the ability to earn additional funding for health care expenses.
